What do you need fixed?

Everything else is on the services page.

These are starting prices. The real number depends on your systems, your apps, and what turns up when someone looks. That is knowable after a short call, not before.

Not on the list? Describe it and you get a straight answer on whether it is a fit.

Not sure what you need?

Check whether you have everything a business needs online

Want to make sure you have everything you need to run your business? Go through the free checklist.

137 things, in the order they happen. Most of it does not work until the thing above it is true.

Print it, save it, or send it to me. We can create a plan, and you end up with a system that works with any professional.

Nobody has all of it. Plenty of businesses run fine missing half the list. Knowing which half is the useful part.

AI, specifically

What AI actually does in a business like yours

Most of what gets shown online is a demo. In a real business it is narrower than that, and more useful. One job, done the same way every time, without you in it.

Calls answered after hoursTakes the message, writes it up, and logs the callback where you will actually see it.
Meetings written upZoom or in the room. Notes and next steps, with nobody typing. Set up for you, or you learn to run it.
Your files finally in orderFolders sorted and named, and a written instruction AI can follow. This is the unglamorous part that makes all the rest work.
The apps you already pay for, connectedSo it can do things in them, not just talk about them.
Written in your voiceTrained on what you have already written, not a generic setting.
A second opinionSomeone is pitching you AI. Bring it to a call before you sign anything.
What this is not. I do not build AI agents that run your business on their own. Too much goes wrong and you are the one who wears it. One job at a time, checked, and a person still presses send on anything that leaves your business.
Before you ask

Do you know who owns your website?

Not who built it. Whose name the domain is registered in, and who can get into the hosting. If whoever set it up stops answering, you can lose the website and the email that runs on it.

  • Your domain is registered in your name
  • Your website files are yours
  • Every account is set up under your login
  • You get a written list of what you have and where it lives

Licensed things stay under their own terms. Fonts, stock photos and paid plugins belong to whoever sells them.

Not sure where yours stands? The ownership audit, from $450.

Working together

Keep me on the team

Ask most owners where their logo file is, what their website is built on, or who holds the domain, and the answer is a search through old emails. Not because they are disorganized. Because nobody ever put it in one place.

Step 1, once

Everything about your business, in one place

Not just the logo and the photos. Every login and password. What the website is built on and who owns it. Every app you pay for and what each one is doing. How you sound in writing. Where the files live.

Whatever is missing gets built. Whatever exists gets found and written down. It belongs to you, and you can hand it to anyone.

Step 2, every time after

Then call whenever you need something

Any project, any size. Nothing to re-explain, nothing to dig for, no discovery call.

The reason people keep me around is not a contract. It is that asking is faster than briefing someone new.

What clients say

Two or three sentences in her own words, with her name and business.

What that looks like

They were paying $300 a month for hosting they did not need.

They needed their website updated. They did not realize they were overpaying for hosting.

They moved to a free plan on a cheaper host. Nothing they were using was lost.

$3,600 a year, back in the business.

It is worth having someone who keeps your whole system in mind, even when you do not ask.

See what a customer sees when they look for you.

Seven searches, screenshotted and dated, sent to you. No charge, and no call needed to get them. Here is exactly what gets checked.

  1. Your business name on Google.Whether what comes up is you, someone else, or nothing.
  2. What you do, plus your town.Typed the way a stranger would type it, not the way you would.
  3. That same search on Google Maps.Three businesses show in a box. Whether one of them is you.
  4. Your Google profile itself. What is actually on it right now. Hours, photos, category, whether it exists.
  5. An AI assistant, asked who does this in your area.Increasingly where people ask first, and it names somebody.
  6. Your service, searched inside Instagram.Whether you turn up where people look before they call.
  7. Yelp and Apple Maps.Whether your phone number and address still match everywhere.

I will search for your business and send you what I find

Free, and there is no call attached to it.

What lands in your inbox
  • Seven searches run on Google, Google Maps and an AI assistant
  • Dated screenshots of every one, so you can see exactly what a customer sees
  • Whether you appeared, where, and who appeared instead
  • Your Google Business Profile as it looks right now, if you have one
  • Anything obviously broken or missing, named in plain English
  • No sales deck, and no obligation

Where else should I look?

Optional. Fill in the ones you have. Handle or link, either is fine.

You get the results either way. The checkbox is separate and it is not required.

Got it.

I will run the searches and send you what comes back, with the dates on them. If anything looks urgent I will say so.

Four lines. I read every one myself.

What is this about?

Pick at least one. More than one is fine.

I reply within one business day.

Got it.

I will look you up before I reply, so the first call is about your situation and not about basics.
