Not a demo. One job in your business, set up to run the same way every time, with a person still in charge of it.

Most AI you have been shown is a demo. It answers a question impressively and then you close the tab and nothing in your week changed. What actually moves is narrower: one job you do the same way every time, handed over properly, on your real files. Calls answered after hours. Meetings written up. The quote drafted from the recording. The reason it usually does not stick is not the model. It is that nothing in the business was ready for it to work on.
If you have already tried and it did not take, it is usually one of these. Each has a check you can run today, before you spend anything. Where the fix belongs to a different piece of work, the link goes there.
Not a fixed price. What it actually costs depends on the list on the right, and you get that number in writing after a short call, before anything begins.
Assessment of where AI saves you time and where it does not
A short assessment of where AI saves you time in your business and where it does not, followed by setting up the parts that do. That usually means getting your files into a state something can work in, writing down how a job is actually done, and then handing that one job over and watching it for a while.
The tools are Claude and ChatGPT. Which one, which plan and how many seats depends on what you are doing with it, and you get that in writing with the reason, not a preference.
The jobs people ask for most: calls answered after hours with the callback logged where they will see it, meetings written up without anyone typing, the follow up drafted from the notes, and their own files finally organized so everything else becomes possible.
The gap between businesses that get something from AI and businesses that do not is almost never the model they picked. It is whether anyone did the unglamorous part first. A model cannot follow a process nobody wrote down, and it cannot find a file you cannot find either.
That part is boring, which is why it gets skipped, and it is also the part that makes everything after it work. It is most of what you are paying for here.
What this is not. I do not build agents that run your business unattended. The failure mode is that something goes to a customer with your name on it and you find out later. One job at a time, checked, and a person still approves anything that leaves your business.
More on how working together works.
No, not the kind being sold at the moment, meaning something that decides its own steps and acts without you. The industry distinction is between a workflow, which runs a path decided in advance, and an agent, which picks its own. What I build are workflows. One job, a known path, and a person approving anything that reaches a customer. If someone is promising you the other thing, ask them what happens when it is wrong.
Not by my hand. What it takes off them is the retyping, the transcribing and the chasing. What you do with the time that frees up is your decision, and I would rather you make it knowingly than have a tool make it for you.
That is the most common situation I walk into, and it is rarely a tool problem. Nobody was shown what to use it for on their own work, so it stayed a novelty. Training is $1,800 for a half day up to eight people, or $225 each one to one.
That depends on the plan you are on and what people paste in, which is why both are part of setup. You get it written down in plain terms: what may go in, what may not, and which account to use. If you are in a regulated trade, that conversation happens before anything is switched on, not after.
Yes, and this is the one people ask for most. It takes the message after hours, writes it up, and logs the callback where you will actually see it. It does not pretend to be you and it does not make promises to your customer. This one is priced as a pilot right now, which means the number is lower while I learn how it behaves in different businesses, and you are told that up front.
The subscriptions are yours, paid direct, and I will tell you the cheapest plan that does your job rather than the one with the best margin for anyone. Ongoing support from me is $600/mo and plenty of people do not need it after handover.
They change often, and something that worked can start behaving differently. If you are on support that is my problem to spot and fix. If you are not, you can call when it happens.
The eight checks above, yes, and they are worth running. Sorting the files and writing down the process, also yes, and it is genuinely the most valuable thing you could do without me. If you run the checks and everything passes, tell me and I will say so rather than sell you an assessment.
Yes, by video, and most of this work does not need anyone in the room. In person covers Palm Beach County, Broward County and the Treasure Coast.
A few lines. Your answers arrive with the page you were reading, so I know what this is about before I call.
I will look you up before I reply, so the first call is about your situation and not about basics.

Free, and there is no call attached to it.
I will run the searches and send you what comes back, with the dates on them. If anything looks urgent I will say so.
Four lines. I read every one myself.
