One project, or someone who already knows your business when you call.
Derek Packer works with small businesses either on single projects or on an ongoing basis. Ongoing work starts by collecting a business's brand, writing style, photo assets and account access into one shared folder. Where those do not exist yet, they are built. After that the business can request work at short notice without re-explaining itself each time. Everything produced belongs to the client, who keeps a copy, can request deletion at any time, and can take the whole organized folder to another provider.
You know what you need. I do that, hand it over, and we are done. No commitment to anything after it.
I go through your whole setup before recommending anything. Sometimes the thing you called about is not the thing costing you money.
I ask which one you want at the start, rather than deciding for you.
Most of the cost in a small job is the explaining. If I already have these, the explaining is done once instead of every time.
No discovery call, no brand explanation, no hunting for the logo file. Most requests start the same day.
In your brand, in your voice, scheduled.
Signup page, platform, reminders, and someone running it.
Print ready, with a proof before anything goes to the printer.
Without breaking anything else on the site.
Cut, captioned, scheduled.
Written, built, sent.
The job you keep doing by hand.
Chosen, configured, and explained.
What happened last month, and what to change.
Not because it was sold as a package. Because after the first project I had her brand, her writing style, her assets and her access, and it became faster to ask me than to brief someone new.
She still calls when she needs something. That is the whole model.
If you stop working with me, you get the whole folder, organized. Your brand, your assets, your guides, your logins. Ready to hand to the next person, or to an AI, without them starting from nothing.
Licensed things stay under their own terms. Fonts, stock photos and paid plugins belong to whoever sells them.
Files end up where they belong. Folders get named so someone else can find things. Systems get written down rather than living in your head.
This is not a service you buy. It happens because the work is faster when things are in order, and it means that whoever handles your business next is not starting from a shoebox.
Where it saves you money, I would rather teach you than bill you for it every month.
Content, captions, first drafts, images. What it is good at and what it is not.
In your own voice, rather than in the voice it defaults to.
Why most results are poor, and what changes them.
Connecting it to your real work rather than a chat window.
Using it to work through a decision instead of only to produce something.
On your actual tasks, not generic examples.

I will run the searches and send you what comes back, with the dates on them. If anything looks urgent I will say so.
Four lines. I read every one myself.
I will look you up before I reply, so the first call is about your situation and not about basics.
